Smart & Biggar earns top honours in 2018 World Trademark Review 1000, with six partners recognized as industry leaders

Smart & Biggar/Fetherstonhaugh has retained its industry leading ‘gold tier’ status in Canadian trademarks in the 2018 World Trademark Review 1000 – The World’s Leading Trademark Professionals. Acclaimed as “one of the most recognized IP firms in Canada with flawless service extending back over a century”,  the firm has again been placed in the top rankings overall for Trademarks. The firm’s “dazzling workload” includes a number of landmark cases that are leading Canadian precedents. Smart & Biggar has maintained top rankings since the World Trademark Review 1000’s inaugural publication in 2011.
