Smart & Biggar/Fetherstonhaugh lauded as a leader in Canadian trademark law in the 2016 edition of World Trademark Review 1000

Smart & Biggar/Fetherstonhaugh has once again achieved “gold band” status, as a leader in Canadian trademarks, in the 2016 edition of World Trademark Review 1000 – The World’s Leading Trademark Professionals. The guide stated that Smart & Biggar/Fetherstonhaugh is home to “brilliant lawyers who have a range of skills” and “has done much to help shape the trademark landscape through the ground-breaking cases it has brought before the Federal Court and the Supreme Court.”

In total, five of our professionals were honoured in the guide:
