Partners Yoon Kang and Daphne Lainson will be in attendance to meet with senior-level executives and in-house patent counsel from leading companies in the life sciences and intellectual property industries.

As part of the conference, Yoon and Daphne will co-present an update on patent rights in Canada, including recent developments in case law, patent rules and regulatory changes for pharmaceuticals in Canada. They will address the new linkage regime for pharmaceuticals and biologics, securing supplementary protection in Canada and regulatory changes to the pricing of patented medicines.
