Smart & Biggar is pleased to welcome delegates from around the world to Ottawa this week for the Federal Circuit Bar Association Global Series 2018.   • Jeremy Want joins a panel to discuss Damages and Injunctive Relief in Patent Litigation.
  • Matthew Zischka will discuss Extraterritoriality and Standard-Essential Patents (SEP), and licensing of SEPs on a fair, reasonable, and non-discriminatory (FRAND) basis.

The Federal Circuit Bar Association (FCBA) is a national organization for the bar of the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Leadership of the Association comes from all areas of the country and represents all areas of the legal community of the Federal Circuit.
