Trusted advisor creating business value for clients through intellectual property

Harnessing more than 20 years of IP experience, Martin works with clients to enhance their performance, tax efficiency, and deal terms in M&A, licensing and other transactions by leveraging IP assets – especially patents and other technology-based intangibles – and mitigating IP risks.

Martin develops and manages patent portfolios, assesses patented technologies, know-how, trade secrets, and other intangible assets in audits, valuations and due diligence, and advises on IP matters in a variety of areas, including consumer goods, vehicles, industrial equipment, manufacturing, smart products, telecommunications, and information technology. He is also involved in patent litigation to enforce and protect our clients’ exclusive rights.
