Kohji Suzuki is a member of the firm's Executive Committee, and in this capacity plays a leadership role in the management of the firm. Kohji's practice is highly diverse and covers all areas of intellectual property with particular emphasis placed on trademarks and mechanical patents. Kohji calls on over 20 years of experience to counsel his clients on the most ideal strategies for acquiring, protecting and enforcing their intellectual property rights.

Kohji has worked primarily with large multinational corporations based in Canada, the United States and Japan. His current work in the procurement and maintenance of intellectual property rights is supported by an early career focus on patent and trademark litigation before the Ontario and Federal courts.
