Franco Silletta’s practice focusses on a broad range of IP matters, particularly prosecuting and drafting patents in mechanical, electrical and computer-based technologies, and assisting clients in trademark, litigation, and licensing matters. Franco works with clients ranging from multinational corporations to local inventors.
During his legal studies, Franco was awarded the Law Society of British Columbia Gold Medal for the highest cumulative grade point average of the graduating class. He also won numerous class prizes, including in Intellectual Property Law.
Prior to joining the firm, Franco clerked for Madam Justice MacKenzie and Mr. Justice Savage at the British Columbia Court of Appeal.
