Brandon’s practice focusses on all areas of intellectual property litigation, and he works primarily on cases involving pharmaceutical patents. His day to day work includes drafting documents and submissions for court proceedings, performing research, and reviewing documents in support of litigation. Brandon’s clients are primarily large multinational pharmaceutical companies.
During his undergraduate studies, Brandon was a recipient of the Albert O. Jeffery Scholarship and the Cecil G. Gracey Memorial Continuing Scholarship, both in Mathematics. He graduated with a gold medal in Mathematics and was on the Dean’s Honour List from 2005-2009. Brandon also received a Western Graduate Research Scholarship during his graduate studies.
During his legal studies, Brandon acted as a Senior Editor and member of the 2015 editorial board for the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law Review and participated in the 2015 Harold G. Fox Moot (national IP moot). He was a recipient of the Laskin Prize in Constitutional Law.
